Aims:

- to coordinate and manage the development of the project
-to define the project strategies
-to monitor the development and the progress of the project
-to ensure the compliance with the work programme time schedules.

REPORTS

- Meeting Report (after each project’s meeting). Prepared by the project coordinator summarizing the main points discussed and the main decisions taken
- Quarterly Monitoring Report (every 4 months summarizing the project activities of the period). Prepared by project coordinator. Partners required to send previously report on the activities they have realized
- Financial reports. Every 4 months. To be sent by partners. It will include all costs incurred in the period + Evidences
- Interim and Final Report: Prepared by the project coordinator and sent to EACEA
