The purpose of the NGO entity consists in stimulating the integration within the society for youth, without exception of age, nationality, race, religion or sex, by implementing and managing activities of social, professional/economical orientation/re-orientation of the youth, artistic-cultural activities, educational activities, moral-civic, scientific, sport and entertainment activities, economical, touristic and health activities, ecological and preservation of the environment matters, other activities concerning the health and work protection, contributing at the elaboration and development of the local strategies in connection with the migration of the labor force or other relevant fields, the transfer of the abilities within the social partners, in the general context of the administrative and socio-economic decentralization. The main goal of the NGO-ASOCIATIA YF-YOUTH&FUTURE entity is to stimulate youth and citizens integration within the society, without exception of age, nationality, race, religion or gender, through implementing and managing EU Citizenship raising awareness activities as: education concerning the EU citizenship rights and duties, social, professional orientation of youth generation or people with social inclusion needs, ecology and preservation of the environment, sport, cultural/lifelonglearning activities etc. By our implemented projects and activities furthermore, we had one contribution at the elaboration and development of the local strategies in connection with public policies regarding youth problems, migration of the labour force, transfer of the abilities within the social partners, social inclusion of disadvantaged people, volunteering and tolerance, spirit of EU membership and citizenship.  The whole staff of the NGO as well as majority of members are involved creatively in Romanian educational adult superior system and not only.
